DAY 1 HA GIANG YEN MINH 95 KM 

Your journey begins as you leave the bustle of the city behind and ascend into the clouds. The first major milestone is the Bac Sum Pass where the road curves elegantly up the mountainside. 

Upon reaching the Quan Ba Heaven Gate you will have time to admire the iconic Twin Mountains standing like green monuments in the valley. After a traditional lunch in the Can Ty Valley your Easy Rider will take you through the cooling Yen Minh pine forests where the air is fresh and crisp. 

You will arrive at your first homestay in time for a warm local dinner.

DAY 2 YEN MINH DONG VAN 40 KM 

This day focuses on the heart of the UNESCO Karst Plateau Geopark. Although the distance is short the experiences are dense with history. You will visit the Lung Tam weaving village to observe the ancient art of making linen from hemp. 

Your driver will then navigate the famous Tham Ma Pass with its beautiful hair pin turns. You will also explore Pho Cao village to see authentic stone houses and walk through the unique rock plateau landscapes that define this region. The day ends at the Dong Van Old Quarter where you can explore the evening market and local cafes.

DAY 3 DONG VAN MEO VAC 80 KM 

Prepare for the most breathtaking day of the trip. The morning starts with a visit to the Lung Cu Flag Tower the sacred northernmost point of Vietnam where you can look out over the Chinese border. Afterward you will cross the Ma Pi Leng Pass which is known as the King of all passes in Vietnam. 

The view from the road down to the emerald Nho Que River is truly spectacular. You will take a boat trip through the massive Tu San Canyon to feel the scale of the mountains from below before heading to Meo Vac for a cozy evening.

DAY 4 MEO VAC PAC PO 150 KM 

Today we transition from the jagged peaks of Ha Giang to the lush valleys of Cao Bang. This is a longer ride through remote border areas that few travelers ever get to see. Your Easy Rider will guide you over the 15 Level Pass a marvel of mountain engineering. 

In the afternoon you will reach the Pac Po historical site where you can walk along the crystal clear Lenin Stream and visit the peaceful caves where history was made. The natural beauty and quiet atmosphere of this area are a perfect contrast to the high mountain passes.

DAY 5 PAC PO BAN GIOC WATERFALL 90 KM 

The morning ride leads you through the rolling hills of Cao Bang toward the highlight of the province the Ban Gioc Waterfall. This is the largest waterfall in Vietnam and sits directly on the international border. 

You can take a raft close to the base of the falls to feel the mist and power of the water. Later you will explore the Nguom Ngao Cave which features some of the most beautiful stalactites in the world. Your final night will be spent in the Khuoi Ky stone village a historic Tay ethnic community where houses are built entirely of rock.

DAY 6 BAN GIOC CAO BANG CITY 85 KM 

The final day is a relaxed exploration of traditional crafts and natural wonders. You will visit the Phuc Sen forging village to see local blacksmiths at work and an incense making village where you can learn about traditional scents. 

A highlight of the day is the Eye of the Mountain a unique natural rock formation surrounded by vast green meadows. Your epic 6 day adventure concludes as we reach Cao Bang City in the late afternoon.
